DSCPA CEO Retires
May 05, 2026
After 30 years of dedicated service, support, and commitment to Delaware’s CPA community, Dana Rubenstein, President and CEO of the Delaware Society of CPAs, has announced her retirement, effective at the end of June.
We are incredibly grateful for all that Dana has done for Delaware CPAs over the past three decades. Her leadership, institutional knowledge, and unwavering dedication have had a lasting and meaningful impact on our organization and on the CPA profession throughout the state.
While she will certainly be missed, we are excited for Dana as she begins this next chapter and wish her all the best in what lies ahead.
Throughout this transition and beyond, DSCPA will remain a strong, trusted resource for the CPA community. Our commitment to supporting members, advocating for the profession, and delivering high-quality education and guidance remains unchanged. If you need any assistance during this period, please feel free to reach out to Lori Gandy, any member of the Board of Directors, or the CEO Search Committee.
To ensure a thoughtful and well-organized transition, a CEO Search Committee has been formed and is beginning the process of identifying our next leader.
